Chip O’Neil joined Strategic Campaign Group in 2011. Prior to joining SCG, Chip served in various staff positions in the United States House of Representatives.
Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Chip gained valuable hands on campaign experience while working on various campaigns where he assisted with the management of campaigns, scheduling, fundraising, canvassing, and get out the vote efforts.
Chip’s interest in political campaigns ultimately led him to leave Capitol Hill and join the Strategic Campaign Group team. Chip assists with campaign planning, vendor management, client services and administration. He also serves as the primary consultant on the use of Telephone Town Hall technology to Strategic Campaign Group’s clients.
Strategic Campaign Group has become the largest provider of Telephone Town Hall services for Republican candidates and conservative organizations in the country under Chip’s leadership. Chip has led the political expansion of this innovative technology throughout the country and has developed a full menu of ancillary programs which compliments the effectiveness of the Telephone Town Hall technology.
Chip graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA where he played lacrosse and ice hockey and received his degree in political science. He is a native of and currently lives in Baltimore, MD.
